Can I use Oxybenzone in sunscreen for the EU market?
Oxybenzone (Benzophenone-3) is restricted in the EU under Annex III.

Maximum concentration: 2.2% (reduced from 6% since 2024 regulation update). If your formula exceeds this, consider Tinosorb S or Uvinul A Plus.
